I absolutely love smoothies! They make a great breakfast or snack because they are so quick to throw together. I tend to use smoothies for breakfast but this particular smoothie would make a great snack. The frozen strawberries, banana, and spinach make a great base and adding the mint creates a refreshing and delicious smoothie.
Strawberry Protein Smoothie with Mint
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
