Strawberry Protein Smoothie with Mint

I absolutely love smoothies! They make a great breakfast or snack because they are so quick to throw together. I tend to use smoothies for breakfast but this particular smoothie would make a great snack. The frozen strawberries, banana, and spinach make a great base and adding the mint creates a refreshing and delicious smoothie.

Strawberry Protein Smoothie with Mint

Simple, refreshing smoothie recipe! Perfect for breakfast or a snack on a hot day.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder


  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
