Pink Peach Protein Smoothie

Published on: 06/27/2023

This protein smoothie is for all of you who don’t like or are allergic to bananas. It’s a beautiful pink color from the raspberries. It’s packed with 36 grams of protein and is a great source of several vitamins and minerals including riboflavin, vitamin B12, vitamin C, iron, and zinc.

This smoothie is also a little taste of what’s going to be in the smoothie recipe book that I’m working on and have almost finished. You can sign up for Friendly Nutrition’s newsletter (click here) and be one of the first to be able to get your hands on the recipe book.
