    how it works

    Step 1: Apply

    To get started, you’ll first complete a brief application. This application will help determine if you are a good fit for Friendly Nutrition’s Personalized Meal Planning. After completing the application, someone will be in touch within 72 hours. Please note, there is limited availability for this program and you may be placed on a waitlist.

    Step 2: Fill out assessment

    Next, you’ll complete a detailed nutrition and meal planning assessment. This assmessment will cover everything from foods you like and don’t like, food allergies, health and wellness goals, how much time you want to spend cooking and more. You’ll also select a 2-week or 4-week meal planning package at this point.

    Step 3: Cook, Eat, Repeat

    After completing your nutrition and meal planning assessment, your dietitian will get to work creating your personalized meal plan. When your meal plan is complete, you’ll received everything that you need to create your meals. A PDF copy of meals, recipes, recommendations for daily meal structure, nutrition information, and grocery lists will be emailed to you.

    What is a flexible meal plan?

    Flexible means that you are provided with ideas for each meal but you aren’t told exactly when you have to eat that particular meal. You have the autonomy to choose exactly what you eat (from your options) and when you eat it. Recommendations for how to put things together will be provided but the ultimate choice of when each meal is eaten, is up to you.
