Meal Planning – Week 4

I’m trying a couple of new recipes this week and here’s what I’ve got coming up.

Breakfast

  • Smoothies (still using up some frozen fruit)
  • Waffles with Peanut Butter and Strawberries

Lunch

  • Open Faced Tuna English Muffins (the inspiration for this lunch can be found here), Fruit
  • Egg-In-A-Hole Avocado Toast, Fruit

Dinner

  • Mushroom Chicken Parm Pasta (recipe can be found here), Caesar Salad
  • Air Fried Chicken Milanese (recipe can be found here), Crispy Brussels Sprouts
  • Air Fried Chicken Wings, Celery & Carrot Sticks
  • Cheeseburger, Air Fried French Fries, Waldorf Salad
