Meal Planning – Week 3

I’m back from Disney World! I had a great time and finished the half-marathon in about the time that I expected including stopping for some pictures. Here’s what I’ve got planned for this upcoming week. Most of this week’s meals are brought to you by things that I can get in my Imperfect Foods box.

Breakfast

  • Smoothies (no plan for the smoothies because I need to use up some frozen fruit in the freezer)
  • PB, Banana, Waffle

Lunch

  • Leftovers

Dinner

  • Meatballs, Spaghetti Squash, Salad
  • Chicken Sausage, Roasted Veggies, Fruit
  • Tamales, Refried Black Beans, Salad
  • Blackened Tilapia Burrito Bowls

**All dinners are from what I could get in my Imperfect Foods box.
